Glimmer

Glimmer plays music that belongs at a gaming convention and will try to raise the mood (pun intended) in various places, perhaps especially around the role-playing games but also in general areas.
We play an odd mix of Irish, Swedish, Scottish, Spanish, "medieval" and film music in a way that might be suitable for the inn's mingle, the elven picnic or the party at the end of the adventure.
We hope you'll listen to us and if you have a specific idea where music would fit, let us know in advance and we'll come up with something.

Reading: The Climate Elve
Reading:
Lavinia is an elf and struggles with all kinds of problems: reporters ask her if her ears are real, and her work as a climate activist is going so-so. So it's no surprise that she starts making her own plans: “I love climate protection, no matter how many trees I have to cut down for it!” - A fantasy satire by Lars Czekalla. (in English)

Lansering av Pax Tyrana

Veritas, familia, pietas, industria, reverentia – the tyrannical ideals
The Republic of Tyra's voracious empire is slowly spreading across the world, and kingdom after kingdom is added to the list of vassal states. Adventures in Pax Tyrana can take place anywhere from the marble halls of the metropolis of Tyra to the far outskirts where Tyra's rule is still weak, where the dark depths of the forests and lakes still hold secrets, and where the old gods and chieftains of the region still rule.
The roles are diplomats, legionnaires, local auxiliaries, mystics from various cults or dragon-eyed monster whisperers. Regardless of their background, they are faced with political, mystical and military challenges and must balance between doing their duty to Tyra, carving out a piece of the world for themselves and standing up for what they believe in.
In the book you will find a world description and additional rules for "sword and dark arts" adventures in a world inspired by ancient Rome. The supplement is used together with the Dekaeder basic rules and contains rules for:
- Archetypes and abilities for adventurers
- Sacrificial rituals, divine blessings, curses and divinations
- Blessed items
- Fight against mythological monsters
- Taming wild beasts
- Field battles and other actions in large groups
The accompanying campaign book contains material for a three-act campaign, with adventure prompts, characters, local gods, and monsters that the group may encounter during the course of the campaign.

"My Immortal" - en dramatisk högläsning (INSTÄLLT)

Join us for a dramatic reading of the world's worst (or best?) literature ever written!
"My Immortal" is a fanfiction based on the Wizarding World written in 2006, and is world-famous as the craziest and silliest fanfiction ever written. You will encounter a goth-ified ensemble of characters, a Dumbledore with a headache, Shakespeare-Voldemort, several real-life musicians, and an extremely perfect protagonist with very detailed clothing descriptions. Lots of laughs and audience participation await!
(Will be held in English. Not recommended for people under 15 years of age. Content warnings will be provided.)

Slay! En musikal om en folkhögskola där nåt suger

See this year's nerd musical during GothCon. It's included in the convention admission.
Alice comes to Soldala Folk High School to find herself, but stumbles straight into an exciting adventure full of monsters, musicals and romance! Who gets to play the lead role in the school's production of Dracula: The Musical? Who is behind the mystery of the missing actors? And what do you do when you're in love with a vampire - but your best friend is a vampire hunter?
Kulturkrock's new production is a loving parody of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Twilight and all the other stories where a completely ordinary girl is forced to choose between two handsome guys who both have a dark secret.
The performance consists of 2 acts. It is estimated to take 2.5 hours including admission and an intermission between acts.
Location: Kåren, Lingsalen
Address: Götabergsgatan 17
Coffee is available for purchase on site.
