Organizer registration for 2026 is now closed.
Registration is usually open between October and January, but keep an eye on social media for exact dates.
Good to know
- Before you can submit a report, you need to create an account in Condaba. Condaba is our report system, which you will access when you click the button above.
- Stores and exhibitors are also considered organizers.
- When you arrive at the convention, you should register at the organizer's reception in the reception building.
Do you have a cool idea for an activity at GothCon? A role-playing scenario, a lecture, a tournament, a display of a game or art, a workshop or something else – contact us about becoming an organizer! If you or your company would like to sell or showcase products, you can also register as an organizer.
All events are published in our program on the website before the convention.
Shops
You can rent space at GothCon either by paying for a table or for a room/part of a room. The prices for 2026 are 200 SEK per table and 4500 SEK for a full-size room. Depending on which venues we have from year to year, prices may vary slightly.
GothCon takes place in school premises and the tables therefore consist of two school desks. The dimensions are 160×80 per table.
Shops and exhibitors are usually open between 10:00 and 21:00 at the convention. On Sunday, the convention closes at 15:00 and therefore opening hours are shorter that day.
Exhibitors receive this year's mug, food vouchers for our cafeteria and admission to the convention.
GothCon does not allow the sale of entirely or largely AI-generated material.
