Battle For Karanar City
The harsh industrial metropolis Karanar City is teeming with conflict. Its very existence on the shores of a dead sea, surrounded on all other sides by a vast rocky desert, lies at odds with nature itself.
Its vast factories churn out countless rounds of ammunition, and arms the galaxy with crude but efficient weapons of war, like an ulcer oozing its malignant excess antagonism.
Here the workers are locked in bitter struggle with the industrial arch-barons, neighborhood militias keep uneasy truces and the military aristocracy is kept from complete dictatorial power mostly by its own internal bickering and scheming. All while off-world powers engage in industrial espionage, assassinations, and keep a look out for any opportunity for military interventions and flagrant hostilities.
In this hotbed of social, military and economic acrimony stands you, the player, as a newly graduated battlemech pilot. The battlemechs are the pride and joy of the Karanar armed forces. A 60 tonne piece of military hardware armed to the teeth with rockets, machine guns, laser lances and foul language.
You are a knight in the spacefaring age, a true god of the modern battlefield.
For years you have trained to get off this smog-filled hateful piece of dirt and go out into the vast universe beyond, see wonderful sights, meet interesting people, and kill them.
But the best laid plans of mechpilots and men do not often shake out as planned. You will have to face one of those fateful days when it seems as if decades of history happened all at once. When all maps have to be redrawn with a pen in one hand and a gun in the other.
Do you have what it takes to survive?
Battle for Karanar City is an 8 player miniature game scenario loosely based on BattleTech Alpha Strike, with a big emphasis on roleplaying and fast moving action.
The players play in teams of two, although alliances may shift during the course of the game.
No prior knowledge of the rules needed.

Flotte d'échantillons
Flotte d'échantillons is a real-time strategy game that combines economics and research with naval battles.
During 90 minutes of play, two coastal nations measure their strengths against each other.
The game is, in the truest sense of the term, tied to real time. All actions and game mechanical processes are measured with hourglasses, how quickly a ship crosses hexagons, how quickly cannon batteries recharge, the time it takes to build a new mine or develop a new ship type.
The choice of components and designs provides a fast and action-packed strategic, as well as tactical gaming experience. The lack of arrow measuring, dice rolls and tables means that the game can start without long and complicated instructions.
To solve the game's many parallel processes, it is good if each team has two to three players.

Bushido: Daimyo of the North - Swedish Grand Masters 2026
After the successful 2025 tournament, we have once again received the green light from GCT Studios to arrange the second official Swedish Grand Master in Bushido.
During a two-day tournament, participants will fight to be crowned Sweden's second Grand Master and win the highest possible prize in Bushido.
As Grand Master, you get to design your own model for the game.
Registration for the tournament will be done via the Longshanks tournament system.

Silver Bayonet
Musketeers and monsters. Skirmish-type combat. Napoleonic era with gothic horror elements. Last year we arranged popular demonstrations of Silver Bayonet. Now we plan to expand and have two tables set up for more players. There will be a scenario in Egypt and a solo/co-op scenario in Transylvania.

Nemesis
Nemesis is a themed board game with miniatures based on the Alien movie. You and your fellow players wake up on a spaceship, confused by hypersleep amnesia, but why is the ship standing still? And why is one of your shipmates lying dead in a pool of blood, with a large bite bitten out of his body? Now you want to survive and complete your personal mission – but – does everyone want the same thing? Or is there someone on board who is after you?
We play a game of Nemesis and Nemesis: Lockdown, in semi-coop mode. At each game table there is an experienced co-player who runs the game engine and explains the rules.
Time: Friday 18:00-22:00, and the game takes about 4 hours

Age limit: The space horror theme means that we have an age limit of 12 years with a parent and 15 without.

The Ninth Age
The Ninth Age is a community-driven & model-agnostic miniatures game with a focus on balance. Its roots are in Warhammer Fantasy Battles but the game is now something "its own" even though many things feel familiar.
The Odd Games Association is a small gaming association with about 10 members from Floda & Gothenburg who organize their own tournament (GlennCon) in the game twice a year. The tournament has quickly become the largest in Sweden and we are keen to showcase the game we love to more people who like square bases & classic fantasy-style miniature games.
We plan to run a "real match" to showcase the entire game, but also a number of places for demo games if anyone wants to try out some of our creative and nicely painted armies.

A cool diorama adventure in a Viking city where players take on roles that must infiltrate and avenge injustices. Good planning is mixed with action and role-playing.

Come and play Brains! Take on the role of one of our everyday heroes and try to survive the zombie outbreak together with your fellow players. The Swedish-developed game is a cooperative figure game with an action-packed and intuitive rule system that does not require any prior knowledge.
Start with the introductory scenario or one of the scenarios found in the rulebook. You also have the opportunity to audition material that is under development. Also take the opportunity to exchange a few words with the game's creator who is in charge of the arrangement.

Early morning in the ruins of Trellehulla's worst areas, you stand frozen and scared. Surrounded by the others who could pay with nothing but participation, the boss DeWalt commands you towards glory and wealth. Glory and wealth or more likely gunshot wounds and the theft of your shoes. Mold! You hear gunshots and some kind of creaking from the harbor. "Find out what they are then!" roars the Boss. Your workday begins now.
There will be a painting workshop with rust & rot figures. All materials are available on site.

Mutated Middle Ages is a skirmish role-playing game for up to four players. You lead a war party of scarred warriors, mutated knights and miserable ragtag men through a game board filled with bunkers, mutated vegetation, burned-down half-timbered houses and bitter enemies. With hand grenades and broadswords you fight for bread and Blue Grease in a Europe torn apart by ancient apocalypses. Which Power guides your actions? The Eternal Emperor Maximillian? Teloputina? The Ancient Cardinal, or the Secret One? Are you controlled by Patriarch Mega-Kirill or by the Mighty Nephilim? Do you obey the Germanic Order or the True Word?
No preparation or prior knowledge is needed, but a depraved mood and a mutated mindset help. Registration is on site.

The reconnaissance group moved quickly through the vegetation back towards the platoon's position. They quickly found their commander and reported. Lieutenant Harris looked around and his men were standing guard around him. He called his subordinates. The reconnaissance group had seen Lỗ khị, the village that was their target. They had seen no signs of enemy activity. Their objective was to enter the village and search for the enemy and eliminate them. Then they were to drive the population away and burn the village. He had heard rumors that strange things had happened in the village before and his commander had said that it was better to shoot first and ask questions later. He quickly gave orders to his group leaders and the platoon moved out in line with the fourth group as a reserve and began to advance towards the village...
A platoon of American infantry is tasked with conducting a search and destroy mission against a village in Vietnam. The scenario builds on previous games we played at GothCon.

Come and try the game Reputation arena!
Reputation Arena is the new fantasy-based card and miniatures game where you build your own deck, lead your mage in epic duels, and fight to become the most famous and respected mage.
The idea of the game is to be able to use figures and terrain you already own. Through a simple rules system with deckbuilding mechanics, the game offers the opportunity to play with your figure collection in a not-too-serious way.
With this event, we want to showcase our game and see if other figure players have as much fun with it as we have had when we developed it.
We provide all materials. Drop in between 9-18. Playing time: 2-4 hours depending on the number of players. You can also set a timer and finish whenever you want.

Welcome to a Flames of War tournament themed The Longest Day on Good Friday! The tournament is played with fixed scenarios to create even, fast and tactically interesting matches.

Bushido - Demospel och fritt spelande
Bushido is a small-scale skirmish game in a Japanese fantasy setting developed by the English company GCT Studios.
A scenario requires approximately 5-10 figures, a 60x60cm board, and the playing time is approximately 1-2 hours.
On Friday we will be arranging Drop-in Demo Games for those who want to try the game.
It will also be open for free play for those who want to play a friendly match or get in some last-minute practice for the Grand Masters tournament on Saturday-Sunday.

Welcome to throw down at this year's GothCon!
We are hosting an official Black Seas event sponsored by Warlord Games, open to both novice and experienced captains.
On site you will find:
⚓ A smaller tournament in a Caribbean setting – everyone can participate! New players get help with the rules, and sponsored models are available to borrow.

🌊 The Scandinavian Black Seas community is invited.
An open table for pick-up games, where you can drop in and play with your own fleets whenever you want.
Take the chance to sail into the sea battles of the 18th and 19th centuries, meet other enthusiasts and enjoy a weekend full of rattling broadsides and tactical maneuvering. See you at sea!
